Good food for the price. I used the 25% off for joining their club. Lost a star for some minor annoyances: menus missing inserts, silverware not wrapped in napkins, and food substitution missed

The food is good, fairly consistently made and their no sugar added ice cream is quite good. Downside, and this is not necessarily Friendly's fault, is everytime I get their food delivered by Door Dash there's an issue. Wrong food, or they never get the order at the restaurant, it's quite frustrating.

I love Friendly's however, my visit yesterday to this restaurant was not a pleasant experience! Place was VERY dirty. Tables were left unclean and floors were disgusting with food and paper products all over the floor. Could hear a waittes yelling at a cook, and when asked for a kids menu, it was not brought. Took about 45 minutes to get our food when there wasnt many people in the place. Food was very good though!

Well... I always go in with perhaps a higher expectation than I should, but this night the food was great, however overshadowed by the poor service. The waitress, Jess, was short and somewhat rude. Her words were fine and normal, but her demeanor was unpleasant. Drinks went un-refilled for the entire 90 minutes, food was forgotten, plates and ice cream was haphazardly dropped on the table, and other than a quick passing "y'all okay?", there was zero attention given to our table. We felt unwanted...so we left as quickly as we finished.
